How do I buy tickets?
Click the link above, select the game you would like to attend and then choose the tickets you wish to purchase. At the Family Stand, sections A18 left to A20 right, you can purchase children’s tickets from SEK 20.
Please note that the Family Stand may be located in different sections for certain games, such as the derby games against Rögle.
What age range applies to children’s tickets?
Children’s tickets are valid for children up to and including the year they turn 12 (ages 0–12). Youth tickets are available for ages 13–19. Children aged 0–5 can enter free of charge, provided they sit on an adult’s lap.
Can I buy children’s tickets in other areas of the arena?
Yes, but the discounted SEK 20 tickets are only available in the Family Stand. In the corner and end sections, you can also purchase children’s tickets at the discounted price of SEK 100.
What happens at the Family Stand?
The experience is extra special for those bringing children! Our popular mascot Hawkan visits the children and gets everyone dancing with the classic Hawkan Dance – always together with plenty of dance-loving children in the crowd.
Where do we enter the arena?
Entry is through the main entrance at Malmö Arena. The Family Stand is located directly next to the entrance, so there are no stairs to navigate apart from those within the section itself.
When does the arena open?
The main entrance opens at different times depending on the game’s start time. As a general rule, the entrance opens at 13:45 for a 15:15 game, 16:00 for a 19:00 game and 18:00 for a 19:00 game. Always check the information for the specific game for the exact opening time.
Is there plenty of parking available?
There are several parking options in the area, including parking garages, indoor car parks and outdoor parking.
What is the easiest way to get to Malmö Arena?
It is easy to get to the arena whether you are cycling, walking, driving or travelling by public transport by train or bus.

How close are the kiosks and toilets?
If you get hungry, Malmö Arena’s kiosks are located close to your section. The kiosks offer a wide selection of food, drinks, sweets and snacks. Toilets are also located nearby.
The children love Hawkan – does he have his own souvenir we can take home?
Of course! In the shop, located just inside the main entrance, you can find Hawkan as a soft toy in two different sizes. We also have clothing featuring Hawkan.

Approximately how long does a game last?
A game consists of three periods, each 20 minutes long. A game usually lasts approximately 2–2.5 hours in total. The breaks between periods are 18 minutes, which is a perfect opportunity to visit the kiosks or toilets.
